When to Expect Your Order

We process orders within three business days from when the order was placed. Our estimated delivery date for your order is based on your shipping address and the shipping method you select. 

Standard Shipping Deliveries may take longer - up to 21 days for APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

The delivery charges are as follows: from £ 1.00 to £ 99,99 the parcel costs is £ 15.00. From £ 100 to £ 150 the parcel cost is £ 25.00. We use DHL delivery from the producer (in ITALY) direct to the customer. The service provides online delivery tracking, which enables you to see when your parcel will be delivered to you.

International Shipping

Currently, Green Energy only ships to the EU. Please visit our Store Locations listings to find international spas and/or distributors in your region. If you do not see a location in your region please be sure to check back regularly as we are currently expanding internationally.

Tracking Packages

You can track your package from "My Account". From "My Account", select "View Order" next to the order you would like to track. When you are able to view the order select "Track Your Order". A new window will open with your tracking details.If you have a tracking or delivery confirmation number you can also track your package using your SHIPPING tracking number at DHL web side

Item Availability

Inventory is only reserved for your order after you complete the ordering process and receive an email confirmation. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve inventory of that item for you.

Items may be noted as "temporarily out of stock". This means this item is currently out of stock and is not available for ordering. Please check back regularly to place your order.

Green Energy, at times, will allow our customers to "Pre Order", new product releases or seasonal offerings.
If you want to pre order an item, we will ship it to you once the release date passes and the item is made available to us for shipment.



Returns & Replacements


Return Policy

At Green Energy Organics, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your Green Energy Organics purchase, you may return new unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
You may returned opened products within 30 days for a full refund as long as less than 30% of the product has been used.

Items that are Not Refundable

  • Products without original packaging
  • Products where 30% or more have been used
  • Products purchased more than 30 days from date of return request

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund earlier. We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If you are a customer with an account, to make a return, simply log in to your account by clicking “log in” or “my account” at the top of the page. Once logged in, go to “Help Desk”, the last tab under the “my account” heading on the left hand side of the page. The page will open to “My Support Tickets” where you can fill in the first blank box with the title: “Return”. From the dropdown menu that says “Assign order,” choose from your previous orders to show which one you would like to return. In the comments box, please write your reason for return.

If you do not have an account, click the “contact” tab at the bottom of the page and write your name, order number, item number and reason for return in the blank box labeled “comments” on this page.

A customer service representative will contact you once this form is submitted and will provide you with a return authorization number for your records and for the return package. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number.

Replacements & Exchanges

If you have a question or comment concerning a return or exchange, please login to your account and find the "help desk" tab under the menu on the left side of the page. Enter your comment, or choose from the drop down menu to inform of us your situation, and an Green Energy Customer Care representative will get back to you as soon as possible.

Return Shipping Labels

Green Energy Organics will provide a return shipping labels for the following:

  • Incorrect products were shipped
  • Products received were damaged
  • Products received were defective

Freight costs for all other returns will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Packing & Sending Your Return

Returned products will not be accepted without a return authorization number. Please see our Return Policy above to find out how to obtain a return authorization number.

Once you receive your return authorization number;

  1. Pack the items along with the packing slip securely in a box.
  2. Affix a shipping label to the outside of the box.
  3. Label the outside of the box with your return authorization number and the number provided by the customer service representative.

Returning Items Purchased From Other Sellers

If the item to be returned was not sold by Green Energy Organics you will need to contact the seller where you purchased the products for the return. Please note, a valid receipt from www.greenenergyorganics.it is required for all returns.

 


Ordering Shopping Tips


The term "bag" on www.greenenergyorganics.it represents your shopping cart (also known as shopping basket).
This section explains finding what you need, adding items to your bag, deleting items from your bag, changing quantities, your subtotal, submitting your bag/checkout and the order confirmation process. Finding What You Need

There are four ways to get to a Green Energy Organics product you want or need:

  1. go to a Green Energy Organics product category from the homepage
  2. search the Green Energy Organics catalog by entering a product name, Green Energy Organics product type or specific item number click on a featured product image.

Adding Items To Your Bag

You can add an Green Energy Organics item to your bag from a page featuring a single product or from a search results page that lists several products. Simply hit the "add to bag" button.

Deleting Items From Your Bag

In order to delete an Green Energy Organics item from your bag, you must view the bag. After you hit "delete item", be sure to recalculate.

Changing Quantities

In order to change a quantity of an Green Energy Organics item in your bag, simply highlight the amount with your mouse and type in a new amount. Be sure to recalculate after you change the quantity.

Your Order Quantity

Your Green Energy Organics order quantity will always appear in the upper left corner of the site offers free delivery on most orders if your subtotal is £ 250 or more.

Checking Out

After you have everything you want in your bag you are ready to checkout. If you're registered with us, you'll need to:

  1. Confirm your registration information (shipping address, delivery information, etc.)
  2. Enter your payment information.
  3. Receive an order confirmation email.

If you have set up an account with Green Energy Organics and decide to checkout at a later point, we will save your bag so you can come back to it at a later point. If you do not have an account with Green Energy you will have to register before you can checkout.

Order Confirmation

After you submit your Green Energy Organics order, you will see a page confirming your order. When your order is processed, you will receive an email confirming the products which have shipped along with tracking details. You can always log on to Your Account to view order status and tracking details.

How to Cancel or Change an Order

To cancel or change an order, please complete the form below. Most orders are transmitted almost immediately to our warehouse and we may not be able to cancel or change your order. Please be sure to include the order number and the items you would like changed and/or canceled in the email. A Customer Care representative will respond with confirmation and or instructions for returning products.

You can add Promotional Offer Codes to your cart at any time. You must be logged into your account in order to use a promotional code.

  1. Click on your cart in the top left hand corner.
  2. Click the "Add/Edit Promotional Code" button at the bottom of the page.
  3. Enter your promotional code and click "Add Offer".
  4. Click "Back to my order" to return to your cart.

Important Restrictions:

Sample Policy

If you are a new Green Energy Organics customer or would like to sample a product you have not tried before, please fill out the contact form with your mailing address and the name of the product you would like to try. We have a two sample limit for specific products, but if you are not sure which line is right for your skin, we can send you information on the three lines available and a sample sachet for each.
